Refund Policy
At Settle and Snooze, I aim to provide a high level of care, professionalism, and support through all sleep consultancy services. Due to the nature of personalised advice and time-based consultations, I have set the following refund policy:
1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the start of any sleep package, consultation, or service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individual Appointments
Clients may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance may result in the session being forfeited without refund. -
Sleep Packages
If you wish to cancel a sleep package before it begins, a partial refund may be considered, minus an administrative fee and any time already spent preparing your plan. Once the sleep support has started (including any intake form reviews or initial communication), no refunds will be issued.
3. Client Commitment
The success of a sleep plan depends on consistent implementation and active engagement from the client. As such, I cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be issued based on individual outcomes, as each sleep journey is unique.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that life can be unpredictable. In genuine cases of emergency or exceptional personal circumstances, I will review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.
