A 30-minute phone consultation designed to offer initial insight, support, and troubleshooting for your child’s sleep challenges. This session can also be used as an assessment to explore your family’s sleep needs and determine the right next steps. If you choose to purchase a sleep program afterwards, the cost of this call will be fully deducted.
